Job summary

Traditional Home Health Care is seeking a compassionate Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to join our in-home care team serving pediatric and adult patients in their homes in Mount Pocono and surrounding areas.

We offer flexible schedules including full-time and part-time, competitive pay ($28-$32/hour), weekly direct deposit, and comprehensive benefits. You will provide one-to-one care, follow care plans, administer medications, and support families in a home setting.

Qualifications

• Active LPN license in PA.
• Experience in in-home care is preferred.
• Willingness to work weekday and weekend shifts.

Responsibilities

• One to One patient care in home/school environment
• Implement and document the plan of care to ensure quality and continuity of care for patient
• Administration of prescribed medication, treatments and therapies
• Patient assessments; coordination of care
• Reports any changes in the client condition to Clinical Manager and physician
• Health promotion, teaching, and training of family members

Weekday and weekend shifts, full-time and part-time schedules available!

Rate:

$28-$32 per hour

Immediate Need:

• Mount Pocono, PA: Monday - Friday 8:00am-4:00pm G-tube experience needed
• Cresco, PA: Saturday & Sunday 7am-3pm / Monday - Friday overnight shifts available, large breed dog in the home
• Tobyhanna, PA: Monday - Friday 8am-8pm & Saturday & Sunday 9am-6pm
