Job summary

South Haven Health & Rehabilitation LLC is seeking a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) for day shift to provide compassionate nursing care in a long-term care setting. The role offers a daytime schedule (7a–3p) and pay ranging from $25.00 to $31.00 per hour, depending on experience.

You will administer medications, monitor residents, and collaborate with RNs and physicians while supervising CNAs. A strong emphasis on resident dignity and safety is central to daily duties and professional growth

Qualifications

• Current Alabama LPN license in good standing.
• Strong nursing and communication skills.
• Compassionate, dependable, and team-oriented.
• Ability to work collaboratively with the nursing team.
• Hospital, rehabilitation, or long-term care experience preferred.
• New graduate LPNs encouraged to apply.

Responsibilities

• Provide compassionate nursing care within your scope of practice.
