Job summary

Glen Haven Health & Rehabilitation LLC in Northport, AL is seeking compassionate Licensed Practical Nurses (LPNs) to join the night shift team. The role involves direct nursing care, medication administration, and monitoring residents.

Base pay ranges $25.00–$29.55 per hour with a $10,000 sign-on bonus; shift 11:00 PM–7:00 AM; additional weekday $2.25 and weekend $3.00 night-differentials. Benefits include BCBS health, dental/vision, 401(k) with match, PTO and holidays.

Qualifications

• Current Alabama Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) license in good standing – REQUIRED.
• Current CPR/BLS certification.
• Skilled nursing, rehabilitation, long-term care, or post-acute care experience preferred.
• Strong clinical, communication, and teamwork skills.
• Dependable and committed to quality resident care.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct nursing care and oversee resident care during the shift.
• Administer medications and treatments according to physician orders.
• Monitor residents and promptly report changes in condition.
• Supervise and support CNAs.
• Maintain accurate and timely nursing documentation.
• Communicate with physicians, families, and the interdisciplinary care team.
• Follow infection prevention, safety, and regulatory requirements.
