Ellen Memorial Rehabilitation and Health Care Center in Honesdale, PA is hiring a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) for part-time or full-time roles. The facility offers a $5,000 Sign on Bonus and shift options including evenings (2:45pm - 11:15pm) with every other weekend.

Responsibilities include medication administration and resident care per care plans. Applicants must hold a valid LPN license and can join a team dedicated to compassionate, high-quality elder care and compliance with state
