Job summary

Ellen Memorial Health Care Center in Honesdale, PA is hiring Licensed Practical Nurses (LPN) to join our care team. The position offers part-time and full-time hours with competitive pay and a $5,000 sign-on bonus.

Responsibilities

• Understand and operate within the LPN Scope of Practice.
• Maintain familiarity with resident records and documents in resident charts as required.
• Evaluate health emergencies and determine emergency medical measures to be taken regarding resident care according to state regulations.
• Assist with activities of daily living, administration of medication, treatments and other care while encouraging self-care and independence, as permitted by state regulations.
• Provide services as indicated on resident care plans.
• Demonstrates knowledge of and follow infection control and safety procedures.
• Attend facility in-services
• Additional duties as assigned.

6:45am - 2:15pm

Evening Shift

2:45pm - 11:15pm

Night Shift

10:45pm - 7:15am

Every other Weekend.
