• Ability to operate within LPN Scope of Practice.

Responsibilities

• Understand and operate within the LPN Scope of Practice.
• Maintain familiarity with resident records and documentation.
• Evaluate health emergencies and determine emergency measures per state regs.
• Assist with activities of daily living and medication administration.
• Provide services per resident care plans.
• Follow infection control and safety procedures.
• Attend facility in-services.
• Additional duties as assigned.
