Job summary

The Lakes Home Care Services is hiring a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to care for pediatric and/or adult patients in their own homes across Florida. You will apply the nursing process to assess, plan, implement, and evaluate individualized care plans while coordinating with families and care teams.

Responsibilities include delivering skilled nursing services per orders, monitoring patient status, and documenting changes.

Qualifications

• Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) license required in the state of practice.
• Current TB test or Chest X-Ray.
• Current BLS certification.
• One year of professional nursing experience preferred.

• Currently licensed as an LPN/LVN in the state in which the LPN will practice.

• Current TB or Chest X-Ray.

• Current BLS card.

• One year prior professional nursing experience preferred
