Job summary

The Lakes Home Care, Inc. is seeking a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to provide in-home care for pediatric and/or adult patients in Florida.

You will work with a dedicated team to deliver compassionate, patient-centered nursing services in the home setting. Responsibilities include using the nursing process to assess, plan, implement, and evaluate care; delivering skilled nursing according to orders; monitoring patient status; and documenting data for accurate diagnoses.

Qualifications

• Must be licensed LPN/LVN in Florida.
• Current TB test or Chest X-Ray.
• Current BLS certification.
• Minimum 1 year nursing experience preferred.
