Job summary

Sans Souci Rehabilitation and Nursing Center in New York seeks a skilled Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to join our growing team on the Skilled Unit and Long Term Care Unit.

You will administer medications, monitor vital signs, provide resident care and treatments, educate residents and families, and collaborate with physicians, NPs and CNAs. This is a full-time role with competitive wages and comprehensive benefits.

• Current LPN license is required.

• Medication Administration, including IVs.
• Taking and recording vital signs.
• Providing resident care and treatments with monitoring of outcome.
• Provide resident and family education.
• Communication with physicians, NPs, families and other health care professionals.
• Supervising CNAs

Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) QUALIFICATIONS/REQUIREMENTS:

• Current License-LPN

Salary: Up to $42 hour
