Job summary

Sans Souci Rehabilitation and Nursing Center in Nyack, NY is seeking a dedicated Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to join our growing team. The role includes administering medications, including IVs, taking vital signs, and providing comprehensive resident care within our Skilled Unit and Long Term Care Unit.

You will collaborate with physicians, NPs and families, and supervise CNAs to ensure high-quality care.

Qualifications

• Active LPN license required in New York.
• Experience in Skilled Nursing Facility / Long Term Care preferred.
• Ability to supervise CNAs and communicate with physicians, NPs and families.

Responsibilities

• Provide care for residents in the Skilled Unit and Long Term Care Unit.
• Administer medications, including IVs.
• Take and record vital signs.
• Provide resident care and monitor outcomes.
• Educate residents and families.

• Medication Administration, including IVs.
• Taking and recording vital signs.
• Providing resident care and treatments with monitoring of outcome.
• Provide resident and family education.
• Communication with physicians, NPs, families and other health care professionals.
• Supervising CNAs

Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) QUALIFICATIONS/REQUIREMENTS:

• Current License-LPN

Salary: Up to $42 hour
