Sans Souci Rehabilitation and Nursing Center is seeking a licensed practical nurse (LPN) to join our skilled nursing team in New York. This position features our new daily pay option, enhancing flexibility for staff.

You will provide care for residents in the SNF and Long Term Care Units, administer medications (including IVs), monitor vitals, and educate residents and families while coordinating with physicians and other health professionals. Supervising CNAs is also part of the role.

Qualifications

• Current LPN license.
• Experience in skilled nursing facility or long-term care preferred.
• Supervisory experience with CNAs beneficial.

Responsabilités

• Medication administration, including IVs.
• Taking and recording vital signs.
• Providing resident care and treatments with monitoring of outcomes.
• Educating residents and families.
• Communicating with physicians, NPs, families and other health care professionals.

Salary: Up to $42 hour
