Job summary

Sans Souci Rehabilitation and Nursing Center in Pelham, NY is hiring an Licensed Practical Nurse to join our fresh approach to skilled nursing. The LPN will provide care for residents in the Skilled Unit and Long Term Care Unit, perform medication administration, monitor vital signs, and collaborate with physicians and the care team.

This role includes supervising CNAs, educating residents and families, and ensuring quality outcomes.

Qualifications

• Current LPN license.
• Experience in SNF/long-term care preferred.
• Ability to supervise CNAs.
• Strong communication with care team and families.
