Job summary

Sans Souci Rehabilitation and Nursing Center in New York seeks a dedicated Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to join its evolving team. The LPN will provide skilled nursing care in our SNF and Long Term Care Unit, administering medications (including IVs), recording vitals, and delivering patient and family education.

The role involves collaborating with physicians, NPs, families, and other health care professionals, and supervising CNAs to ensure high-quality resident outcomes.

Qualifications

• Current LPN license required.

• Current License-LPN

Salary: Up to $42 hour
