Job summary

Sans Souci Rehabilitation and Nursing Center in the Riverdale area of New York is seeking a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to join our growing skilled nursing team. You will provide direct patient care in both the SNF and long-term care units, administer medications, monitor vital signs, and collaborate with physicians, NPs, and families to optimize outcomes.

Qualifications

• Current LPN license is required.

• Medication Administration, including IVs.
• Taking and recording vital signs.
• Providing resident care and treatments with monitoring of outcome.
• Provide resident and family education.
• Communication with physicians, NPs, families and other health care professionals.
• Supervising CNAs

Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) QUALIFICATIONS/REQUIREMENTS:

• Current License-LPN

Salary: Up to $42 hour
