Job summary
The Monarch at Brooklyn Rehabilitation and Nursing Center is seeking an LPN to join our skilled nursing team. Salary: Up to $40 an hour
- Provide care for residents of our Skilled Unit (SNF) and Long Term Care Unit. Duties Include;
- Medication Administration, including IVs.
- Taking and recording vital signs.
- Providing resident care and treatments with monitoring of outcome.
- Provide resident and family education.
- Communication with physicians, NPs, families and other health care professionals.
- Supervising CNAs
- Current License-LPN
