The Monarch at Brooklyn Rehabilitation and Nursing Center is seeking a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to join its growing team in the skilled nursing facility. The role includes medication administration, vital signs, resident care and education, and collaboration with physicians and families.

Experience in long-term care is valued. This position offers competitive wages up to $40 per hour, based on experience, with benefits including union benefits and health coverage.

Qualifications

• Licensed Practical Nurse with active LPN license.
• Experience in long-term care or SNF is preferred.
• Supervisory duties for CNAs may be involved.

Responsibilities
