Job summary

The Monarch at Brooklyn Rehabilitation and Nursing Center is seeking a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to join our growing team and provide compassionate care in our Skilled Unit and Long Term Care Unit. Compensation is up to $40 per hour, based on experience.

Responsibilities include medication administration (IVs where applicable), vital signs, resident care, education for residents and families, and collaboration with physicians, NPs, and other health professionals.

Qualifications

• Current LPN licensure required.
• Experience in long-term care or SNF settings preferred.
