Job summary
The Monarch at Brooklyn Rehabilitation & Nursing Center in New York is seeking a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to join a growing team. The role covers care for residents in the Skilled Unit and Long Term Care Unit, including medication administration (IVs), taking vital signs, and delivering treatments with ongoing outcome monitoring.
You will educate residents and families, communicate with physicians and other health care professionals, and supervise CNAs.
Qualifications
- Current Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) license.
