Job summary

The Monarch at Brooklyn Rehabilitation & Nursing Center is seeking a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to join their skilled nursing team. You will provide patient care in the SNF and Long Term Care units, administer medications (including IVs), monitor vital signs, and coordinate with physicians and families.

This role offers up to $40 per hour based on experience, comprehensive benefits (medical, dental, vision), union benefits through 1199, and opportunities for advancement.

Qualifications

• Active LPN license required in New York.
• Experience in long-term care preferred.
• Ability to work in SNF and LT care units.

Responsibilities
