- Provide care for residents in the SNF and Long Term Care Unit.
- Administer medications, including IVs.
- Take and record vital signs.
- Provide resident care and treatments with monitoring of outcomes.
- Educate residents and families.
- Coordinate with physicians, NPs, families and other health care professionals.
- Supervise CNAs.

- Provide care for residents of our Skilled Unit (SNF) and Long Term Care Unit. Duties Include;
- Medication Administration, including IVs.
- Taking and recording vital signs.
- Providing resident care and treatments with monitoring of outcome.
- Provide resident and family education.
- Communication with physicians, NPs, families and other health care professionals.
- Supervising CNAs
- Current License-LPN
