The Monarch at Brooklyn Rehabilitation & Nursing Center is seeking a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to join their growing team in Brooklyn, NY. The role focuses on skilled unit and long-term care resident care and requires a current LPN license.

• Provide care for residents of our Skilled Unit (SNF) and Long Term Care Unit. Duties Include;


• Medication Administration, including IVs.


• Taking and recording vital signs.


• Providing resident care and treatments with monitoring of outcome.


• Provide resident and family education.


• Communication with physicians, NPs, families and other health care professionals.


• Supervising CNAs
