Job summary

American Medical Administrators MGMT Company in Missouri seeks an LPN to provide compassionate, patient-centered care to residents. You will perform assessments, medication administration, wound care, and participate in admissions and discharges.

Lead CNAs and coordinate with the care team to maintain safety and compliance. A licensed LPN is required; benefits include health, dental, disability, vision, 401(k), PTO, and telemedicine options.

Responsibilities

• Provide wound care: follow protocols, irrigate, pack, and dress wounds.
• Lead CNAs and CMTs, ensuring compliance with facility protocols.
• Respond effectively to emergency situations.
