Job summary

American Medical Administrators MGMT Company is seeking an LPN to provide compassionate care for residents, adhering to facility protocols and collaborating with the care team.

You will assess residents, document changes, and support admissions, discharges, and wound care, while leading CNAs and coordinating patient care with physicians.

Qualifications

• Must hold LPN licensure and be eligible to work in the U.S.

• Manage discharges: complete documentation, notify physician and guardian.

• Lead CNAs and CMTs, ensuring compliance with facility protocols and policies
• Respond effectively to emergency situations
