Job summary

Chatham Hills Subacute Care Center is seeking a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) for the day shift. You will provide direct care to residents in our Skilled Unit and Long Term Care Unit, administer medications (including IVs), monitor vital signs, and support families and staff.
