Chatham Hills Subacute Care Center is seeking a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) for day shifts, offering up to $39/hour. The LPN will provide care on our Skilled Unit and Long Term Care Unit, including medication administration (IVs), vital signs, and patient education.
