Job summary

Chatham Hills Subacute Care Center in South Orange, NJ is seeking an experienced Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) for the day shift. Up to $39/hour with competitive benefits is offered.

The LPN will provide direct resident care in skilled and long-term care units, administer medications (including IVs), record vital signs, educate residents and families, and collaborate with physicians, NPs and other health care professionals. CNAs will be supervised as part of the care team.

Qualifications

• Current LPN license.
