Job summary
Chatham Hills Subacute Care Center is seeking a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) for the day shift. You will provide care for residents in the Skilled and Long Term Care units, administer medications, monitor vital signs, and support families and physicians to achieve optimal outcomes.
