Chatham Hills Subacute Care Center is seeking a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) for the day shift to join our Skilled Nursing and Long Term Care units. You will administer medications, including IVs, and monitor residents with vital signs and treatments to achieve positive outcomes.

You will educate residents and families, communicate with physicians and NPs, and supervise CNAs to maintain high-quality care. We offer competitive wages and benefits.

• Current license as LPN.
