Job summary

Chatham Hills Subacute Care Center in Roselle Park, NJ is seeking an LPN for the day shift to provide hands-on care to skilled unit and long-term residents. You will administer medications, monitor vital signs, and communicate with physicians, NPs, families, and CNAs to ensure quality outcomes.

You will educate residents and families, participate in care planning, and contribute to a collaborative team. Competitive hourly pay up to $39, plus benefits and perks are offered.
