Job summary

Chatham Hills Subacute Care Center in New Jersey is seeking a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) for day shift to join our Skilled Unit (SNF) and Long Term Care Unit. You will administer medications, including IVs, take vital signs, and provide resident care with outcome monitoring.

The position requires a current LPN license and involves supervising CNAs, with competitive pay up to $39/hour and benefits including Medical, Dental and Vision coverage plus fringe benefits.

Qualifications

• Licensed Practical Nurse with current LPN license
• Ability to take and record vital signs and monitor treatments
