Job summary

Nurses will supervise CNAs/CMTs and coordinate with physicians to ensure quality care and smooth operations within the facility.

Qualifications

• Must hold a valid LPN license.

• Perform admission duties: complete assessment, MAR, TAR, POS, review chart setup, physician orders, and order medications.
• Manage discharges: complete documentation, notify physician and guardian, and arrange transportation.
• Provide wound care: follow protocols, irrigate, pack, and remove dressings.
• Lead CNAs and CMTs, ensuring compliance with facility protocols and policies.
• Respond effectively to emergency situations.
