Job summary

The Lakes Home Care, Inc. is seeking a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to deliver in-home care to pediatric and/or adult patients in Naples, FL. The role involves applying the nursing process to assess, plan, implement, and evaluate care under prescribed orders.

Qualified candidates hold an active LPN/LVN license in Florida, current TB or Chest X-ray, and a valid BLS card. At least one year of professional nursing experience is preferred, with flexible scheduling and a competitive salary offered.

Qualifications

• Current LPN/LVN license in the state where practice is required.
• TB test or Chest X-ray current.
• Current BLS (Basic Life Support) card.
• One year of nursing experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Utilize the nursing process to assess, plan, implement, and evaluate patient care.

• Assess signs and symptoms indicating physiologic and psychosocial changes in the patient's condition.

• Utilize the nursing process to assess, plan, implement, and evaluate patient care.

• On each assignment, provides skilled nursing care/services in accordance with prescribed orders

• Assess signs and symptoms indicating physiologic and psychosocial changes in the patient's condition.

• Collects, analyzes, and interprets data and information from health care members and documents actual and/or potential nursing diagnoses.

Qualifications:

• Currently licensed as an LPN/LVN in the state in which the LPN will practice.

• Current TB or Chest X-Ray.

• Current BLS card.

• One year prior professional nursing experience preferred
