Job summary

Hartland Park Health & Rehabilitation in Lexington, KY is seeking licensed practical nurses to join our clinical team. You will provide compassionate nursing care, administer medications, and work with RNs and CNAs to meet resident needs in a long-term care and skilled nursing setting.

We offer full-time, part-time, and PRN schedules with day and night shifts, competitive pay of $31–$40 per hour, shift differentials where applicable, daily pay access, tuition reimbursement, and a supportive

Qualifications

• Current KY LPN license required.
• CPR/BLS certification preferred or willing to obtain.
• Experience in Long Term Care or Skilled Nursing required.
• Positive attitude, reliability, and strong clinical judgment.

Responsibilities

What You’ll Do:

Provide nursing care to ensure resident needs are met in accordance with standards of practice, physician orders, center policies and procedures, and state, federal and local guidelines

Administer medications and treatments with precision and compassion

• Collaborate with RNs, CNAs, and interdisciplinary teams
• Support residents’ physical, emotional, and psychological well-being
• Assist with resident comfort.
• Collect samples and monitor catheters. Provide wound care.
• Keep resident patient information confidential, follow all policies and procedures, and adhere to federal, state, local requirements, and professional standards.
• Collect, track, maintain, and review patient medical history, charts, and physical condition, including heart rate, blood pressure, temperature, and respiration.
• Help coach staff as necessary.

Requirements:

• Current LPN license in KY
• CPR/BLS certification (or willing to obtain)
• Experience in Long Term Care or Skilled Nursing Required*
• Positive attitude, reliability, and strong clinical judgment
