Job summary

Lynn Care Center is seeking licensed practical nurses for part-time night shifts (6 PM to 6 AM) in Kentucky. The role focuses on delivering compassionate nursing care to residents in a long-term care setting, administering medications, and collaborating with an interdisciplinary team.

We offer competitive hourly pay with shift differentials, a $7500 sign-on bonus, access to daily pay, benefits, tuition reimbursement, and opportunities for advancement.

Qualifications

• Current LPN license in KY.
• CPR/BLS certification (or willing to obtain).
• LTC/SNF experience preferred, but new grads welcome!
• Positive attitude, reliability, and strong clinical judgment

Responsibilities

• Provide nursing care to ensure resident needs are met in accordance with standards of practice, physician orders, center policies and procedures, and state, federal and local guidelines.
• Administer medications and treatments with precision and compassion.
• Collaborate with RNs, CNAs, and interdisciplinary teams.
• Support residents’ physical, emotional, and psychological well-being.
• Assist with resident comfort.
• Collect samples and monitor catheters. Provide wound care.
• Keep resident patient information confidential, follow all policies and procedures, and adhere to federal, state, local requirements, and professional standards.
• Collect, track, maintain, and review patient medical history, charts, and physical condition, including heart rate, blood pressure, temperature, and respiration.
• Help coach staff as necessary.
