Creekside Center for Rehabilitation and Healing in Goodlettsville, TN is seeking a full-time Physical Therapy Assistant to join our skilled nursing team. The role requires a state license, a passion for geriatric care, and the ability to evaluate and treat residents independently under minimal supervision.

SNF experience preferred but not required. You will assist the PT with mobility therapies, design activities to reduce pain and improve function, and contribute to a caring environment focused

Physical Therapy Assistant

Looking for a full time talented and motivated Physical Therapy Assistant to join our dynamic team. The position is within a Skilled Nursing facility. Candidate should possess passion for geriatric population, must contain a license in the state of practice, be able to evaluate and treat independently without direct supervision, and posses the desire to perform functional therapeutic activities to assist residents improve in their experience.
