Job summary

Creekside Center for Rehabilitation and Healing in Franklin, TN is seeking a full-time Physical Therapy Assistant to join a dedicated team in a skilled nursing facility. You will assist the PT to design and implement therapies aimed at improving mobility, reducing pain, and promoting wellness for residents.

Candidates must hold a Physical Therapy Assistant license in the state of practice, preferably with SNF experience, and be able to evaluate and treat independently with minimal supervision.

Qualifications

• Requires valid Physical Therapy Assistant license in the practice state.
• SNF experience is preferred but not required.
• Ability to evaluate and treat independently.

Responsibilities

• Assist the PT with therapies to improve mobility and reduce pain.
• Promote overall fitness and wellness for residents.
• Participate in resident assessments and progress notes.

Looking for a full time talented and motivated Physical Therapy Assistant to join our dynamic team. The position is within a Skilled Nursing facility. Candidate should possess passion for geriatric population, must contain a license in the state of practice, be able to evaluate and treat independently without direct supervision, and posses the desire to perform functional therapeutic activities to assist residents improve in their experience.
