Job summary

Lebanon Center for Rehabilitation and Healing is seeking a Physical Therapy Assistant (PRN) to join our skilled nursing facility team. The PTA will assist the PT with therapies designed to improve mobility, relieve pain, and promote overall wellness for geriatric residents.

The ideal candidate holds an active Tennessee PTA license, is capable of independent evaluation and treatment without direct supervision, and is passionate about enhancing residents' experience through functional activities.

Qualifications

• Must hold an active PTA license in the practice state.
• Ability to evaluate and treat residents independently without direct supervision.
• Passion for geriatric population and improving resident experience.

Responsibilities

• Assist the physical therapist with therapies to improve mobility and reduce pain in residents.
• Support functional activities to promote wellness in a skilled nursing facility.
• Document progress and communicate findings to the therapy team.

Physical Therapy Assistant PRN

Looking for a talented and motivated Physical Therapy Assistant to join our dynamic team. The position is within a Skilled Nursing facility. Candidate should possess passion for geriatric population, must contain a license in the state of practice, be able to evaluate and treat independently without direct supervision, and posses the desire to perform functional therapeutic activities to assist residents improve in their experience.

Job Description:
