Job summary

Lebanon Center for Rehabilitation and Healing is seeking a Physical Therapy Assistant to join our skilled nursing team on a PRN basis. The ideal candidate holds a state license and is passionate about geriatric care, with the ability to evaluate and treat independently.

Responsibilities include assisting the PT with therapies to improve mobility, relieve pain, and promote overall wellness for residents in a supportive SNF environment. SNF experience is preferred but not required.

Qualifications

• Must possess license in the state of practice.
• Ability to evaluate and treat independently without direct supervision.
• Geriatric population experience preferred.

Physical Therapy Assistant PRN

Looking for a talented and motivated Physical Therapy Assistant to join our dynamic team. The position is within a Skilled Nursing facility. Candidate should possess passion for geriatric population, must contain a license in the state of practice, be able to evaluate and treat independently without direct supervision, and posses the desire to perform functional therapeutic activities to assist residents improve in their experience.
