Job summary

Creekside Center for Rehabilitation and Healing in Nolensville, Tennessee is seeking a full-time Physical Therapy Assistant to join our geriatric-focused skilled nursing team. The PTA will assist with therapies to improve mobility, relieve pain, prevent disability, and promote overall fitness and wellness.

Must be licensed in the state, able to evaluate and treat independently without supervision, and committed to delivering functional activities that enhance residents’ daily living.

Qualifications

• Geriatric care experience or interest preferred.
• Ability to evaluate and treat independently.

Responsibilities

Physical Therapy Assistant

Looking for a full time talented and motivated Physical Therapy Assistant to join our dynamic team. The position is within a Skilled Nursing facility. Candidate should possess passion for geriatric population, must contain a license in the state of practice, be able to evaluate and treat independently without direct supervision, and posses the desire to perform functional therapeutic activities to assist residents improve in their experience.

Assist the PT with therapies designed to improve mobility, relieve pain, prevent or limit permanent physical disability and promote overall fitness and wellness in a skilled nursing facility.

QUALIFICATIONS/REQUIREMENTS:

• SNF experience preferred but not required
