Job summary
The Monarch at Brooklyn Rehabilitation and Nursing Center is seeking a Licensed Practical Nurse to join our growing team in the skilled nursing and long-term care units. You will perform medication administration, monitor vital signs, provide resident care and education, and communicate with physicians, NPs, families, and other health professionals while supervising CNAs.
Salary is up to $40 per hour, based on experience.
Qualifications
- Current LPN license required.
Responsibilities
- Provide care for residents in Skilled Unit and Long Term Care Unit.
- Medication administration, including IVs.
- Take and record vital signs.
- Provide resident care and treatments with monitoring of outcomes.
- Provide resident and family education.
- Communicate with physicians, NPs, families and other health care professionals.
