Job summary

The Lakes Home Care is hiring a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to work with Pediatric and/or adult patients in their own homes.

Responsibilities include applying the nursing process, delivering skilled nursing care per orders, and assessing changes in patient condition, with a focus on comprehensive data collection and clinical judgment.

Qualifications

• Currently licensed as an LPN/LVN in the state in which the LPN will practice.
• TB test or Chest X-ray clearance.
• Current BLS card.
• One year prior professional nursing experience preferred.
