Job summary

The Lakes Home Care Services is seeking a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to provide in-home care for pediatric and/or adult patients in their own homes.

Responsibilities include using the nursing process, assessing and planning care, and documenting nursing diagnoses. Qualified candidates hold an active LPN/LVN license in Florida, TB or Chest X-ray, and current BLS certification; one year of nursing experience is preferred.

Qualifications

• Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) licensed in the state of practice
• Current TB or Chest X-Ray
• Current BLS card
• One year of professional nursing experience preferred
