Zusammenfassung

Apploi is hiring a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) for Direct Care in Delaware. Full- and part-time options are available, with PRN accepted for qualified applicants. FT2nd shift sign-on bonus of $7,500 and PT Any Shift sign-on bonus of $3,750.

Daily pay option and comprehensive benefits may apply. As an LPN, you will administer medications, perform wound care, monitor health status, and support residents and families.

Qualifikationen

• LPN license confirmed and in good standing in Delaware.
• Ability to pass background check, drug screen, and references.
• Leadership and clinical skills are desirable.

• Wound/Skin Care: perform wound care, manage pain, dressings.
• Monitoring: observe health status, track changes, analyze data.
• Clinical Procedure: catheter/ostomy care, collect specimens.
• Care Planning: assist in executing individualized care.
• Collaboration: coordinate with physicians, therapists, social workers and others.
• Family & Resident Education: explain health status and care expectations.
• Documentation: maintain detailed health and care records.
• Team Oversight: supervise CNAs to ensure quality care.

Here’s What You’ll Do for Our Residents:

Administer Medications: Give oral, topical, IV, injectable medications

Wound/Skin Care: Perform wound care/prevention, manage pain, apply dressings

Monitoring: Observe physical and mental health status- track changes & analyze data

Clinical Procedure: Provide catheter/ostomy care, gather specimens etc.

Care Planning: Assist in executing individualized care

Collaboration: Strategize care with physicians, therapists, social workers & others

Family & Resident Education: Explain health status, changes and expectations for care

Documentation: Keep a detailed record of health status, all care, progress & interactions

Team Oversight: Oversee & delegate CNA’s ensuring quality care/teamwork
