Job summary

The Hamlet Rehabilitation and Healthcare Center at Nesconset in Coram, NY is seeking a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to provide care for residents in our Skilled Unit and Long Term Care Unit. Responsibilities include medication administration, including IVs, taking vital signs, and delivering treatments with outcome monitoring.

Provide education to residents and families, coordinate with physicians and nurses, and supervise CNAs.

Qualifications

• Current LPN license.

Responsibilities
