Elite Care Management, Inc. is seeking skilled nurses to provide one-on-one home health care, caring for a single patient per shift in Chicago areas. Shifts run 7am–7pm with weekdays and weekends options; both RN and LPN are eligible with Illinois licenses.

• Administers medications and treatments as prescribed, and monitors effectiveness of intervention.
• Intervenes as applicable in response to changes in patient condition and reports changes to physician or supervisor.

Pay Range:

• $35 - $40 / hour
