Job summary

Avalon Health Care Inc. is seeking a Wound Care Nurse (LPN) for the Grays Harbor Health & Rehabilitation Center in Aberdeen, WA. This part-time role offers flexible hours and requires an active WA LPN license or NLC eligibility.

Wound care experience and strong clinical skills are preferred to support resident healing and outcomes. The position emphasizes collaboration with an interdisciplinary team to deliver high-quality care and improve skin management.

• Collaborate with physicians and interdisciplinary teams to support healing and recovery.
• Educate staff on wound care best practices and skin management.
• Monitor outcomes and support quality improvement initiatives.
