Job summary

Avalon Health Care Yakima is seeking a licensed practical nurse (LPN) for full-time day, evening, or night shifts at our 101-bed Yakima facility. New nurses are welcome to apply. Evening and NOC shift differentials apply. PRN also available.

Qualifications

• LPN license in Washington State or NLC eligible
• Ability to pass required background checks and screenings
• Strong communication and teamwork skills

Responsibilities

• Provide compassionate, resident-centered nursing care
• Support the development and implementation of resident care plans
• Administer medications and treatments within the scope of practice
• Monitor resident conditions and report changes to the care team
• Collaborate with RNs, providers, CNAs, and interdisciplinary team members
• Help ensure residents receive safe, high-quality care every day
