Avalon Health and Rehab Pasco is seeking a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to join our care team at 200-Avalon Health and Rehabilitation Center Pasco, WA. The role offers competitive pay and opportunities for growth in a supportive environment.

Responsibilities

• Provide compassionate, resident-centered nursing care.

• Administer medications and treatments within the scope of practice.
• Monitor resident conditions and report changes to the care team.
• Collaborate with RNs, providers, CNAs, and interdisciplinary team members.
• Help ensure residents receive safe, high-quality care every day.
