Job summary

Avalon Health Care Northpointe is hiring a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) in Spokane, WA. This full-time day and evening position offers competitive pay and shift differentials to reward evening and night work.

New graduate nurses are welcome to apply. You’ll provide compassionate, resident-centered care, participate in care planning, administer medications, and collaborate with an interdisciplinary team in a single-site setting.

Qualifications

• Current LPN license in Washington State or NLC eligible.
• Understanding of nursing regulations and standards of care.
• Strong communication and teamwork skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide compassionate, resident-centered nursing care.
• Support the development and implementation of resident care plans.
• Administer medications and treatments within the scope of practice.
• Monitor resident conditions and report changes to the care team.
• Collaborate with RNs, providers, CNAs, and interdisciplinary team members.
• Help ensure residents receive safe, high-quality care daily.
