Job summary

Grays Harbor Health and Rehab in Aberdeen, WA is hiring a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) for a full-time, 3 on/3 off rotation. Competitive pay $38.00–$46.17/hour with a $4 shift differential from 2:00 pm to 6:00 am and PRN options. New graduates are welcome. Responsibilities include resident-centered nursing care, care plan support, med administration, and collaboration with the care team to ensure safe, high-quality care.

Qualifications

• Current LPN license in Washington State or NLC eligible.
• Understanding of nursing regulations and standards of care.
• Strong communication and teamwork skills.
• Ability to pass required background checks and employment screenings.

• Provide compassionate, resident-centered nursing care.
• Support the development and implementation of resident care plans.
• Administer medications and treatments within the scope of practice.
• Monitor resident conditions and report changes to the care team.
• Collaborate with RNs, providers, CNAs, and interdisciplinary team members.
• Help ensure residents receive safe, high-quality care every day.
